Rouxel delivery

We ship all our products in France and abroad.

Delivery Zone and Place

ROUXEL delivers worldwide. Outside Metropolitan France, the Customer must contact ROUXEL. Products are delivered to the delivery address mentioned in the Order. Carriers are mandated to deposit packages at the entrance of the business or at the foot of the Customer's building. Delivery can in no case be made upstairs.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are 48 hours (2 business days) in Metropolitan France, excluding Corsica.
Deliveries in 24/48h in 95% of cases.

Our deliveries are made from Monday to Friday by a professional carrier, at the “doorstep” of your business or place of residence. The delays will be respected upon receipt of payment for your order, before 11am, and are expressed in business days, barring transport hazards.

Special conditions apply for deliveries in the South-Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, in mountainous zones, to the islands of Metropolitan France, to Corsica, to DROM-COM and abroad: contact us.
They also apply for bulky and/or fragile items (furniture, showcases...).

With your shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track the delivery of your order.

Transport

Unless special requirement of the Customer, carriers selected by ROUXEL ensure the delivery of Products.

Split Deliveries

For logistical reasons, deliveries may, at ROUXEL's discretion, be split, especially if one or more items were unavailable.

Delivery Return – Non-delivery

In case of refusal or non-delivery of the merchandise, packaging, delivery and return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. In case of wrong address or absence during delivery, the costs of a new delivery are the responsibility of the Customer.
