Your request must specify your identity. In case of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requesting person, an identity document may be requested.
We will endeavor to respond to your requests within a maximum period of one month. Complex requests may however be processed within a maximum period of three months.
You also have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).
