The data controller

Within the meaning of the GDPR, the data controller is the person – natural or legal - who determines the purposes and means of processing.

The data controller is the company ROUXEL SECAMA, simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 1,020,000 euros, registered with the Trade and Companies Register of Vannes under number 302 115 548, having its registered office at Aucfer, commune of Rieux (56350).

In order to offer you several of the functionalities of the ROUXEL site (contact, customer account creation) we need certain personal data.

Your rights:

In accordance with applicable regulations you benefit from the following rights:

Right to limitation of processing: you can, in certain cases strictly provided for by the GDPR, ask us to temporarily suspend the use of some of your data.

Right of opposition: you can oppose all or part of the processing of your data.

Right to portability: when the processing of your personal data is based on consent or on the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures, and when the processing is carried out using automated processes, you can ask us for the recovery of the data you have communicated to us, in an easily usable format.

Your request must specify your identity. In case of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the requesting person, an identity document may be requested.

We will endeavor to respond to your requests within a maximum period of one month. Complex requests may however be processed within a maximum period of three months.

You also have the possibility to lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL).
